Solution : 

(velocity)^x = (Pressure)^3/2 × (density)^-3/2
Using the Principle of Homogeneity 

[M⁰LT^-1]^x=[ML^-1T^-2]^3/2 × [ML^-3]^-3/2
[M⁰L^xT^-x]=[M^3/2L^-3/2T^-3] × [M^-3/2L^9/2]
[M⁰L^xT^-x]=[M⁰L³T^-3] 

On Comparing both sides. 

We get x=3

Hence, x=3
